As the Head of Publication and Documentation for Hooligarkom, I led the development and direction of our visual and content strategy. I was hands-on with the team's workflow, guiding everything from capturing live event moments to producing engaging content that helped us grow our Instagram by 100+ followers. I made sure our production process was seamless, especially when creating cohesive feeds and designing booklets for our organizational publication needs. To get all the things done I used Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
